• the corporate website www.decimosrl.it, including product and service information, contact forms and job application forms;
• restricted areas with controlled access, such as the Configurator and the Support Portal, accessible only upon Decimo’s authorisation.

Browsing the corporate website implies acceptance of these Terms. Access to restricted areas may require additional conditions and/or explicit acceptance, for example through login and confirmation steps.

The corporate website is intended to present Decimo S.r.l. solutions, including handle applicators, stretch sleeve labellers, sealers, multipack systems, assistance services and spare parts support.

The website may allow users to submit contact requests, requests for quotation and job applications, including the upload of CVs and related attachments.

Submitting a request does not constitute an order and does not oblige Decimo to issue an offer or start a selection process. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information and files they provide are accurate, lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

Certain functionalities may be available only in credential-protected areas that are accessible after Decimo has granted authorisation. These sections may include, for example:

• Configurator: guided machine configuration and generation or submission of configuration PDFs to Decimo.
• Support Portal: technical documentation, manuals, procedures, exploded views, machine-based access control, preparation of spare parts lists and submission of requests to Decimo.

Credentials are personal, or otherwise assigned to the authorised customer, and must be kept secure. Users are responsible for all activity carried out through their account and must promptly notify Decimo in the event of suspected misuse.

Materials available in restricted areas, including manuals, exploded views, procedures, technical sheets, images, generated PDFs, lists and reports, are confidential and intended exclusively for the internal use of the authorised customer, limited to the machines or projects associated with the relevant account.

Sharing, publishing or distributing such content to third parties is prohibited unless Decimo has granted prior written authorisation.

PDFs and outputs generated by the Configurator, as well as spare parts lists prepared through the Support Portal, are provided for informational and request purposes only.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the website and Services, including texts, images, trademarks, documentation, layouts and technical materials, belongs to Decimo or to the relevant rights holders and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Consultation and copying are permitted only for informational purposes and for the authorised use of the Services. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or other use requires prior written authorisation.

When using the website and Services, users agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights, including copyrights and trademarks;
• attempt unauthorised access, bypass security systems or interfere with the availability of the Services;
• upload or transmit malware, viruses or other harmful content;
• carry out aggressive scraping, reverse engineering or activities that compromise the confidentiality of protected materials;
• send unsolicited communications or spam through the site’s channels.

To the extent permitted by law, Decimo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website and/or Services, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

The information published on the website is general in nature and does not replace specific contractual agreements.

Within restricted areas, technical and security logs may be recorded, for example access logs and event logs, in order to prevent abuse and ensure service integrity.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For disputes involving companies and professionals, the competent court shall be that of the place of Decimo’s registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory protections that may apply under the law.
